Her first book Don’t Diet! 50 Habits of Thin People was released in 2016 and is a bestseller. It is being feted by both critics and celebs alike. Noted actress Kalki Koechlin and bestselling writer Amish Tripathi have endorsed the book hailing it as a must read for scoring good health the right way.
The only heath book by an Indian author to have got translated into Korean, her book is a bestseller in Korea and its Australian and New Zealand rights have already been sold.
Her second title: Ultimate Grandmother Hacks: 50 Kickass Traditional Habits for a Fitter You released in September 2018. It has been endorsed by many big names including Kapil Dev, Kiran Mazumdar Shaw, Dr Devi Shetty and has got raving reviews. Her next book is scheduled to be out in early 2020.
Kavita also works regularly with many food brands as a nutrition consultant and brand ambassador helping them spread the message of good health and their key nutrition messages.
