Saurabh is a seasoned fractional CMO and an ex-founder with 17+ years of experience in marketing. He previously ran the award-winning communication consultancy Brandlogistand then tech startup Cupidly, which was later acquired.

Known for his ability to connect the dots between business strategy, brand marketing, digital media, growth hacking, and AI, Saurabh has helped legacy brands, fast-growing startups, and global teams unlock ROI across India, Southeast Asia, and the US. His expertise spans from brand positioning to GTM (go-to-market) strategy, product-led growth (PLG), vibe marketing and automation.

Previously, Saurabh has served as the fractional CMO at Retell AI Retell AI, a Sam Altman- and Y Combinator-backed startup, the Digital Lead at Ogilvy Delhi and the Social Media Head for Webchutney Delhi.

Saurabh has been consulting and teaching AI to businesses and college students. He strongly believes that AI, along with other global trends, will change team structures and roles as we currently know them; and that smart organisations and professionals must understand these changes in time and evolve their teams and structures accordingly.

As a guest writer & keynote speaker, he has written or spoken on topics such as creativity and marketing, crisis communication, AI, and startups in India. He has been a guest faculty and corporate trainer for over 10 years having taught at prestigious institutes including IIMC, XIC, ISB Hyderabad, Delhi School of Economics, Babson College USA, etc., as well as for corporates such as HCL, IFFCO, UNICEF, Microsoft APAC; and various government bodies (both state and central).

In the non profit space he started and ran Candid Conversations, which dealt with mental health. He has also worked with UNICEF on their biggest campaign around the ‘Right to Education called Awaaz Do. He was the youngest member of a select UN panel on the ‘Depiction of Women in Advertising’ and has also spent almost two years working with an NGO in Lucknow called ‘Hum Saath,’ which helps train women from less privileged backgrounds on vocational skills
