Leveraging from his experience of over 30 years with diverse industries and functional responsibilities, Vikas mentors young entrepreneur working on innovative entrepreneurial projects.
He started his career with Shipping Corporation of India and then joined Asian Paints India Ltd. He continued his professional journey by leading consumer product companies such as Marico Industries and Benckiser India after which he moved to the retail sector and joined Barista Coffee Company. He also managed the India operations of IHC (Wah Restaurants – Birdy’s).
Currently, one of the Senior Partners at X-PM India – a leading player in transition management services, and a Founding Member of WIL Group – a group that helps businesses across the world to improve their operations in India, Vikas is also the Founder and CEO of The Colour Factory, India’s first paint-your-own-pottery store.
