In his current role, Piyush is a Founding Partner of GTL Ventures, an L&D Consulting firm that specializes in providing gamified learning solutions to corporates and academia. Piyush’s forte lies in his deep knowledge and training in game-based learning, which he leverages to drive digital transformation of talent for many globally-recognised firms.
Piyush has further taken his insights in game design and gamification techniques to enable businesses to create better products and services that drive engagement and loyalty with their customers. He works with business leaders and marketeers to design cutting edge digital solutions that induce behavioural change and drive retention of their products.
A certified Blue Ocean Strategy practitioner, Piyush currently works with Fortune 500 companies and Business Schools in India, helping shape the current and future business leaders in the country. He also provides consulting services to start-ups across sectors on how to design products/services using Blue Ocean Strategy.
With a deep interest in shaping the consulting and entrepreneurial skill-set in India, Piyush works closely with organizations like CII, Consultancy Development Centre (CDC) and NIESBUD to mentor budding consultants and entrepreneurs.
