Women founders continue to face a unique set of challenges – from cultural biases to socio-economic factors. As a businesswoman, Reinu Shah has experienced the startup space firsthand, and the obstacles women face in building their business. Her response was to create STEP, a unique incubation program for early-stage women enterprises. We spoke to Reinu about how STEP is supporting women-led start-ups in India and building a community of female investors rooted in the idea of empathy and the entrepreneurial spirit.
