Anil is an expert in family-owned businesses and a prolific executive coach who has worked with over 80 business families, including the likes of the Godrej Group, over the past 15 years. Drawing from this extensive experience, he conducts engaging workshops on family business strategies and guides senior leadership on becoming more inspiring leaders and efficiently managing conflicts.
A deft family governance consultant, Anil revolutionised the entire delivery mechanism for businesses when he minimized the time taken to develop a family business constitution from about 2-3 years to 4-6 months. In the past, he worked in his own family business for 5 years and then as a civil servant in the Government of India for over 13 years.
He has held sessions for organizations like Confederation of Indian Industries (CII), FICCI Ladies Organization (FLO), All India Management Association (AIMA), Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) etc. Anil has also been a visiting faculty to some of the most esteemed management institutes of the country and has authored the book “Triumph of Togetherness” – highly endorsed among the business leadership community.
