An entrepreneur, Anita started the consulting firm Prosearch, with husband Harsha Bhogle – a sport-based consultancy where she brings in her business expertise. In her talks with Harsha, she amalgamates the world of sports with the world of business and helps draw learnings from the successes and failures of sportspersons.
Anita is the best-selling author of “Equal, Yet different—Career Catalysts for the Professional Woman”, which offers an India-centric approach to enabling career women to achieve their full potential. The book offers a 360-degree approach to what organisations, families and the women themselves need to do to stay the course and get into leadership positions.
An alumna of IIT-B and IIM-A, Anita started her career in advertising. She attained the position of Director—Account Planning and Research at FCB-Ulka, before leaving it all to set up Prosearch with Harsha.
