Arvind heads one of India’s leading management consulting firms, Technopak Advisors, which focuses on four key sectors that include Consumer Products & Retail, Textiles & Apparel, Food Services & Agriculture, and Education & Skills Development.
As an advisor and mentor for several boards and organisations, Arvind is sought-after for his experienced take on the future trends that businesses need to be ready for. From outlining the change drivers that are shaping the world for 2030 to the shifting trends of Indian consumption, retail and fashion industry, his talks are illuminating for business and thought leaders alike.
Over the years, Arvind has been invited to speak at leading academic institutions and professional forums which include Harvard (USA), Wharton (USA), UCLA (USA), ESADE (Spain), various IIMs (India) and IITs (India), and the Vatican (Italy), to list a few. Arvind has also been a regular columnist for leading Indian business papers including Business Standard and Economic Times, and a frequent contributor to major Indian and international business publications that include the Wall Street Journal.
Arvind sits on several Boards (including some not-for-profit). He is currently on the statutory Boards of Welspun India, Greaves Cotton Limited, Metro Shoes, Blue Star, and Premium Transmission Limited. In addition, he is also serving on the Board of Governors of Indraprastha Institute of Information Technology (IIIT) – Delhi.
In the past, he has served on the Advisory Board of LG Electronics (India), statutory board of Mahindra Retail (A Mahindra Group company), and on the Board of Governors of Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) – Roorkee. He is also currently serving on the Leadership Advisory Council of IIT-Gandhi Nagar. Arvind has served on several committees in the leading chambers of commerce and industry in India, across different sectors including Retail, Textiles, Healthcare, and Education.
