A certified Independent Director, Jyotsna is also an internationally certified Social Impact Auditor. With a vast repertoire of case studies across South Asia, she delivers exciting and engaging talks on CSR and Sustainable Development.
Jyotsna communicates clearly and consistently on the emerging Social, Environment and Sustainable Development issues facing our societies. Her forte lies in establishing trust across cross-functional stakeholders spanning Investors, Boards, Employees, and the Community, thus helping individuals and organisations identify, support, and commit to social and environmental causes.
Before setting up BlueSky, Jyotsna managed social and environmental risk in the South Asian supply chains of Marks & Spencer plc & The GAP Inc. In her auditing career spanning 25 years across South Asia, she has audited more than 4000 businesses for ESG issues (Environment, Social, and Governance).
