Manoj resigned after 30+ years of service at American Express in the roles of SVP and Head of International Marketing. Known for his strategic, customer-focused approach and strong leadership, Adlakha contributed to Amex becoming India’s Most Respected Credit Card Brand for 8 consecutive years and received personal accolades for his industry impact.

Manoj is the founder of “CardIT Advisory Services” which is a multidisciplinary organization that provides value-add in the fields of payments and digitization; bespoke premium and luxury experiences; customer servicing; leadership development; building loyalty, alliances, and partnerships in B2B and B2C; and sharing best-in-class Diversity, Equity & Inclusion practices.

He is also a strategic advisor to Path Community, headquartered in the UK, and marketingmaster.ai, a US-based company.

In his previous roles, he worked at Visa and Yes Bank. In his role as CEO at American Express, he was instrumental in launching premium cards and leading Amex India. Post this, he was appointed International Head – Customer Marketing for American Express.

Adlakha is a CA, holds a BCom Hons from SRCC, and has completed an Executive Leadership Program at Duke University.
