With over 16 years of experience in leading organisations through their Marketing, Branding, Research, Strategy, Business Development and CSR efforts, Monce’s work has helped his clients overcome some of their biggest business challenges, surmount growth plateaus, improve efficiency, build innovation capability and achieve thought leadership.
He was one of the few leaders selected as a ‘Mentor of Change’ for the first-ever Mentor India Batch at the national Atal Innovation Mission (AIM) Atal Tinkering Labs; and has also served as a mentor and/ or jury member at leading national and global industry forums such as the Startup India program, Startup Weekend, Seedstars World, the Centre for Entrepreneurship (CfE) at Ashoka University, Global EdTech Startup Awards (GESA), Ingenious Faces and Nexus – Startup Hub, amongst many others.
