Roshan, who has spent two decades gathering expertise from an array of professions, is a charismatic speaker who literally traversed the journey of being an MC (Master of Ceremonies) to an MD (Managing Director).
Having been a TV show presenter, radio host, theatre artist, and now the owner of an events company, he brings lessons from each of these vocations to the podium. He conducts regular workshops on radio, mass communication and events, effusing the skills of leadership, teamwork, and creativity in his audience.
A reputed television and radio anchor, Roshan has won 7 national awards (for shows like Family Fortunes, Khanak, Junior Janaab, etc.). He has also been a theatre actor, songwriter, and marked his directorial debut in Bollywood under the banner of Shahrukh Khan’s Red Chillies Production.
Roshan, who familiarised himself with the event industry as a highly sought-after emcee, founded Encompass Events – reckoned amongst India’s best experiential marketing companies with service offerings in the event management and communication arena.
Roshan is now a media entrepreneur and an angel investor in the media and technology space.
