Sandeep has worked extensively with local, multi-national and state-owned enterprises. His work includes all critical aspects of total rewards – reward strategy, base pay design, benchmarking, job evaluation and organisation grading/ leveling, incentive design, sales commission, mergers and acquisitions etc.
Apart from driving business impact for clients through HR consulting and running the India consulting business of Aon Hewitt, Sandeep is passionate about running and often runs marathons.
