He has successfully launched LGBTQIA+ employee resource groups, driven inclusive
policy development, and delivered high-impact learning programs—including SOGIE (Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity/Expression) sensitisation for people managers, monthly ally meet ups, and an “Active Ally Checklist”. These efforts have directly contributed to increased LGBTQIA+ self-identification rates and the strengthening of ally networks in corporate environments.
