Following her instinct of doing the extraordinary, Tithiya set course on a journey that ended with inspiring stories of everyday heroism from around the world. Calling her quest ‘The 100 Heroes Project’, she shares gripping anecdotes from her two-year solo travel across 6 continents to find a hundred heroes and delivers sessions on how to be the leader everyone can believe in, the power of great story telling, and effective communication.
Tithiya also identifies herself as a feminist, with a pursuit for an equitable and safe society for every Indian and talks about women’s empowerment and putting your privileges to work for yourself and the underprivileged.
She is a former journalist and worked with the media houses Miditech, NDTV, CNBC-TV18, and Webchutney, before setting off on her adventure. Upon her return, she wanted to turn her journey into something meaningful and started HopeMonkey, a philanthropy platform that finds and supports the real change-makers in the country.
Tithiya finds inspiring people and projects from around the country and connects them to the socially conscious citizens and companies to help raise funds, increase awareness, find volunteers and mentors, or assist them in any way necessary in their journey to create a better India.
